Materials Needed:
Step 1:
Using your pencil and ruler, create light marks of inverted triangles by measuring 2 inches above the edge of the fringe on both left & right. lenght may vary according to your liking.
Step 2:
Following the light marks of inverted triangle you created earlier, cut the garlands accordingly.
Step 3:
For each row, ip open each banner and lay the strand of twine in the fold where the paper creases
